Our guests’ safety is very important to us, so we put a great deal of emphasis on the prevention of COVID-19. We try to create an environment where they can rest peacefully without having to worry about cleanliness or the virus. We would like to inform our guests about the measures we take for their protection.
The following measures have to be applied in all areas of our hotel:
- Hand sanitizers have been placed in both enclosed and open common areas.
- All the apartments, rooms, and suites are cleaned thoroughly.
- The cleaning is done by our competent team exclusively with cleaning materials that are effective against the virus.
- Textile objects are washed at a high temperature and are also disinfected.
- Our accommodation units can be accessed via exterior corridors so our guests can avoid being together in enclosed rooms.
- We disinfect the reception area at least three times a day.
We would like to call our guests’ attention to the following:
- Keep at least a 1.5 m distance from each other both in closed and open areas.
- In case you have any symptoms, please immediately inform the reception about it so that our colleagues can take the necessary steps.
- We suggest you wear a mask in the closed areas!
