Steam cabin
Temperature: 40–50 °C, Humidity: 100%
Enjoyable and relaxing, with an almost mildly mind-altering effect. Regular use helps relieve everyday stress, relax muscles, support body regeneration, cleanse the skin, improve normal blood circulation to internal organs, and is also excellent for respiratory health. Regular use of the steam cabin aids in weight loss and detoxification, helps regenerate sagging skin making it softer, and can even be an effective weapon against cellulite.
Finnish Sauna:
Temperature: 85-100 °C, Humidity: 10%
Besides being an enjoyable pastime, it has a fantastic effect on our body.
Sauna bathing stimulates our metabolism, and regular use strengthens the immune system. The high temperature encourages the body to defend itself, thereby becoming stronger and better able to cope with illnesses. It also benefits our mood: helping to relieve tension and promoting a restful sleep.
Ice slush fountain
One of the most unique ways of cold bathing is when fine ice granules are sprinkled or rubbed onto the body. The ice effectively cools the skin, stimulates blood circulation, and tightens pores. Its pain-relieving effect is also noteworthy.
Herbarium, i.e., a light and aroma therapy room:
Temperature: 40-50 °C, Humidity: 40-55%
The positive effect of colored lights on mood is well known. Relaxing music and soothing melodies also contribute to a harmonious feeling and help with relaxation.
Halotherapy relaxation room, featuring salt blocks and salt bricks.
Temperature: 40–50 °C oC
“Man can live without gold, but not without salt.” /Cassiodorus, Roman historian/
Salt is the substance, alongside water, that occupies a unique place in human metabolic processes. The therapeutic use of table salt and other halogen-element salts is called halotherapy.
The therapeutic effects of the salt cabin are noticed after multiple sessions. Without naturally dissolved salts in water, thinking, speech, muscle contraction, and even movement would not exist. The unity of water and salt regulates the body’s metabolic processes, energizing and activating the organism.
Particularly recommended for lower and upper respiratory illnesses, such as asthma.
Experience Shower
The program engages almost all of our senses for several minutes. Using various rain types at different temperatures and changing rain patterns (drizzle, large drops, etc.), it simulates the formation, peak, and passing of a tropical storm. The gentle, drizzling, then pouring rain is accompanied by thunder and lightning, while scents injected into the water create the fresh, rain-soaked summer aroma inside the cabin. The end of the storm is marked by birdsong.
Cold-water shower:
Sauna sessions are followed by a cooling-down process. This is part of the authentic Scandinavian experience.
The cold or ice water stimulates blood circulation, causing the veins and blood vessels to constrict. This helps train our immune system, making it more resilient.
