Pécsett páratlan, öt épületből álló komplexumunk 2020-ban került átadásra, s mintegy 4000 m2-en helyezkedik el a belváros szívében, nyugodt, exkluzív környezetben. A Fibula Residence Hotel & Wellness**** egy olyan izgalmas területen került megépítésre, ahol egykor Diocletianus császár vonulhatott át seregével. „Fibula” elnevezésünk is ennek köszönhető, hiszen több évnyi feltárás alatt a régészek megtalálták azt a felbecsülhetetlen értékű hagymafejes fibulát, melyről apartmanhotelünk a nevét is kapta.
Összesen 32 modern stílusú apartmannal, szobával és lakosztállyal várjuk vendégeinket, akik minőségi szálláshelyet keresnek Pécs történelmi belvárosában, karnyújtásnyira a város főbb látnivalóitól. Komplexumunk 5 épületből áll, melyeket külön-külön lehet megközelíteni külső folyosókról.
A divatos wellness elemek széles skálája, melyek megtalálhatók ékszerdobozunkban, tökéletes kikapcsolódást nyújtanak a testnek és léleknek.
A konferenciatermünkben és pince jellegű termünkben ideális környezetet biztosítunk céges rendezvények, csapatépítők és kisebb létszámú konferenciák, esküvők számára.
- Breakfast starts at 8. If on a work trip, this is simply too late. Make it 7 or 6:30.
- Room/apartment had a mini-kitchen. But there are no glasses for drinking water. Put some cheap Ikea glasses to all rooms please.
- There is a capsule coffee machine in the room (nice), but just two capsules of coffee.
- The room has a bathroom and a separate toilet, but in the toilet no mirror and there wasn't a towel for handwash
- Parking is nice & asafe (behind gates & wall) but the garage is tight as hell.
- Parking area/garage gates (two followed by each other, not just ) open with a key card but the reader is next to impossible to reach from the window without stepping out of the car
- There is a spa (really nice!) but jacuzzi is some 5C too cold to be comfortable
- For spa one gets a robe and a towel but no slippers to walk from the room to the spa & back
- Water pressure in the room is next to none.
- Towel dryer/rack is warm on one day but cold on the following
- There isn't enough toilet paper in the room!
- Hotel front door is locked 24h (good for safety) but room key/key card/whatever does not open the door. When coming in, doorbell must be used but often there isn't anybody in the reception hence hotel guest patiently waits outside...
- And so on...
- Recommendation to the management/owners: Pay attention to ALL these small things and customer touchpoints. Stay once a night or twon in your own rooms/apartments, list & then fix those little things and you will have the nicest place for guests to stay in Pécs!
